We're thrilled with the recently completed 'Half House' project in Hawthorn East.
“Before Half House, our clients South facing Edwardian House was set high above the rear garden, hence the family of five made little use of their outdoor environment. Now they move freely through indoor and outdoor living zones, with the new double-glazed pavilion providing a bridge from interior to garden and upper to lower levels.. A range of experiential spaces invite the inhabitants to rest, relax, read, play, study, cook and entertain, providing a balance of intimacy and separation previously lacking. It is truly a Half House - half inside and half outside, half up and half down, half work space and half retreat, half black and half white. ”

Photographed beautifully by Shannon Mcgrath, Half House is the result of many months of hard work, love, trials & tribulations. It's a great reward for all of that effort and we're proud to share it all with you.

We're pleased as punch to welcome our newest member of the A&M team, Deborah Johnson.
Deborah comes to us with a wealth of knowledge working on high profile architecture projects over a period of 20+ years.
She's worked with all the big players like COX and DCM, but has taken a shining to the quirky little team we've put together here, and is really excited about sinking her teeth in to some beautiful, and unique projects (she won't be disappointed!)
